Excellent service! Very respectful and helpful staff! They have always been good about answering my questions well. Very secure! I appreciate their safety measures, and know that I can confidently trust Bankwest with my accounts. Although it's not nationwide, the quality and dependability of their local branches makes up for it. They also have a very good online banking system, which has been great! This is a 5 star bank my biggest issie was me showimg my state ID card im the drive threw and 1 of the tellers called the cops on me. My concern is my privacy was not upheld i banked here for 20 years my mistake was mot handing over my yellow paper instead of mu State id card.

We switched from "Big Bank" for both our business and our personal several years ago. Wish we had done so sooner. No, they don't have branches all over the state and country, but we got past that within weeks. Having tellers who know you by name, kind and generous owners you see involved in the daily life of the town, and fellow friends and associates who frequent the bank make it feel like good family all the time.
