I used the atm and it locked my card in the ATM machine it was 7 pm and there was no one to tell well the next morning I went there when they opened and my card was gone and no one new what happened to it and I said don't you have cameras and they were VERY RUDE about my situation it was my social security card and I had to cancel the card and it was a total inconvenience PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THEYRE ATM AND BELIEVE ME THEY ARE RUDE AND JUST DONT CARE I'm sure if it was one of they're family members they wo... read more
Lost an atm deposit took days for them to find. And then didn't contact me once found. Cardvalet which is a third party company they use for their debit cards is a nightmare. Balance never reflect balance. Have to contact bankwell to contact card valet for any issues. Started rejecting checks after years and no issues for using DBA name when specifically told them to add to account. Kept closing locations near me. You call with an issue and they constantly switch you to someone else and gaslight.
I can’t understand how they claim to call themselves a bank. They no longer open on Saturdays and they don’t post deposits through ATM’ as they claim, by 2pm. If you choose to go through the teller it takes forever. And if it’s crowded forget it, the wait is ridiculously long. The whole point of an ATM but forget it.
Why is your android and iOS bank well app so horrible? What a nightmare, how can you go so wrong...
