I have had only wonderful service and experiences with Bank United dealing with them since January of 2026. I had to begin to manage our family trust after my step-mom became unable to do so. I had an exceptional experience working with Tayra, a Financial Specialist at the Boynton Beach branch. I was working on a fairly complex process of cashing out 2 CDs that were in my in-laws trust after their passing. There were several documents and notarized letters required from my wife and her brother to complete this process, and living in 2 different cities made it more time consuming to get all the documents Tayra needed to complete the generation of the cashout checks. Great and friendly staff here. Usually bank with branch in Gardens but was down in Boynton today and the ladies made you feel welcomed like Gardens
