I am staying in room 15 and the managers are absolutely beautiful people great service the rooms are very nice very clean they offer all amenities it's in a very good spot very quiet considering is on the highway you cannot hear anything I would recommend this place to anyone it's relaxing calm and very very peaceful it's got a beautiful Vibe about it and it's decorated in a way that when you walk in it just puts your mind soul and heart at peace. Very Unclean. Stinky cushions. Found dirt and hair on pillows. Smelly bed sheets with stains. Mould in bathroom. Mentions pet freindly however there is no light if you leave the home as you have to keep your card in to keep the lights in. Super noisy. Absolutely horrible. Filthy furniture. Very unclean. Found a couple of food stains in fridge with a really bad smell. Rusty kettle and dusty cups. Absolutely zero star.
We stayed one night on our way back to Melbourne! The room was clean and spacious, checking in and out went smoothly and staffs are very friendly and accommodating! Location was very convenient too near the highway!
We are currently staying at the hotel, and we booked the rooms three months ago. Unfortunately, the rooms we were given have been very disappointing. The air conditioning wasn’t working even though the weather was extremely hot (around 35°C). I was sweating all night for two days in a row and couldn’t sleep properly. Service was excellent. The apperance of the place is pleasant but rather disorganised. No real theme or colour palette. Decor is very obviously from Temu or Shein not that its a bad thing but theres no plan going on just things placed haphazardly. Rooms look like they have been renovated recently and while first impressions are good, you quickly notice many areas that look rushed and low quality products are already damaged.
