Correspondence/communication was appropriate. Arrived without an issue to location on the Hume Highway. Parking is plentiful and included in price. Reception was fantastic and helpful. Resort is older than expected but rooms are large (Delux Twin room) and clean. We were situated room 9 which is noisy due to the Highway located next to the room. From Indonesia. Stayed for 9 days and had a pleasant experience. Being upgraded at no extra cost was a lovely surprise. Yusuf was a huge help throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the AC, he took care of it promptly and even offered us another room. Everything was handled very well. Thank you, Yusuf, for the great service!
This motel has by far exceeded this five star ⭐ rating... The owners lovely as is the manager and the other staff members too. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's pet friendly, BUT usually if you book a pet friendly room, which I have done so In the past, you get an old smelly room that isn't comfortable BUT this place isn't like that at all infact the rooms are renovated and up to date with lovely furnishings and the decor in the room and around the motel is just so relaxing and calming, welcoming and inviting... Professional, efficient and friendly staff who make sure you get a suitable room to suit your needs. Very well located. Have stayed there several times in recent months. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and generous size of the rooms. Excellent value for money and pet friendly if you are travelling with man’s best friend. Will continue to stay there in the future for my regular visits to Sydney.
Where to start, maybe I’ll let the photos speak for themselves and talk about how disgusting the shower was with mould both black and orange and how it was covering most of the tiles. Or maybe the fact that if I was to move furniture out from where they would sit I’d most likely find dirt, random human and pet hair, dust mites and dead bugs underneath….
