I genuinely do not know what this customer service is. I literally called you guys to ask to only put in my tire for me and you guys say it’s $45 like what? The woman on the phone kept asking why the car repair shop didn’t put on the tire and i repeated so many times that it’s to complicated for them to do and the lady told me to not raise my voice when i wasn’t and hung up on me.
I had the worst experience at there! The fees are unreasonably high and downright deceptive. My car was serviced for the third time at that place, and it was only three years old car. They charged me for $1,510 dollars for the last service ! I contacted other places asked around and they all said I was being ripped off! But I learned my lesson and I'm sure there are many people like me who have been scammed at there for the car service and they will eventually be scared away like me and never go back there for service again.... read more
