Horrible! Everyone here has an bad attitude and does not care about the people at all. This is not professional company and the ppl here sucks. I couldn't take it this time, had to hang up on them and had to do something. Try not to use these ppl,need to b shut down! Everytime I talk to someone the same thing... check them attitudes
Called with a simple question about a garnishment and was greeted by someone who sounded like answering the phone was a personal inconvenience, she sounded like she hated her job. After being transferred to a legal assistant, I learned it CAN actually get worse. Both interactions were rude, dismissive, and painfully unprofessional. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Called his office and I was very professional, I asked questions regarding a garnishment, and he proceeded to yell at me to shut up and stop talking. I was still courteous after that, until he told me that he was not going to answer my questions, he didn’t give a damn about my feelings and begin to say some very rude things.
