Warm and welcoming and a great support to families of neurodivergent kids.
I had a really positive experience with this service. Everyone was very lovely and accommodating. I felt as though the coping strategies, plans, and suggestions made were individually tailored to my needs using a person-centred and recovery orientated approach. I was nervous to accept help, especially being 2 months post-partum but Banksia was incredibly accommodating and thanks to them Bub and I are thriving.
A very professional service with special understanding, especially for people who are gender diverse or indigenous.
