Our family doctor is very good and genuinely cares and listens to you the only thing I'm not keen on is when you book a telehealth thru my hot docs app is they want your card details for payment before you even have had the telehealth appointment otherwise if you don't they cancel your appointment must be a new thing cos I have never had that before not impressed with the new system
