Incredibly helpful, fantastic service all around.
My rating relates specifically to the ATM at the Bank SA branch at Port Adelaide. I cannot believe how often I go to that ATM and it has a message displayed "Sorry, this machine is unavailable at present". I think they need to have another message displayed when it is available ; something like "This machine is finally available, but be quick, because it will be unavailable again very soon". Just hopeless.
Don't bother here unless you like waiting
Hopeless! 4 customers only in Bank. I simply wanted a form. Teller told me to wait - while he chatted to the other tellers about their social lives! Left after 10 minutes in disgust. They don't know what the word 'customer service' is!
