Totally hopeless. They placed money in the wrong account. No apologies. Just Totally incompetent. I noticed there mistake the next day Went back to the branch and informed the teller of HER mistake . Then had to wait days for it to be corrected. Still Waiting for the phone call to let me know it was sorted . Much more training needed Banking Ombudsman ?
I visited the bank today and was happy with the service
Always friendly and helpful.
