My mom broke my vacuum she took it here Will give them every opportunity to fix their mistake my Dyson Pet Ball wouldn't convert from hose to floor thee part is broke the valve/ flap that changes it is broke see pic she took it up supposed to be fixed now the deck works but it won't convert back to hose with the dyson upright it comes out the hose now nothing and the lil valve/ flap is still broken .....replaced my filter cost too much but breaks the vacuum in thier own way I just want my Dyson to work will be bringing it up... read more
I just drove 2 hours to get a specific vacuum and confess that I was anticipating potential salesman aggressiveness and pressure. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to walk in, say what I wanted, and be immediately directed to it. Was pointed out and purchased in literally under 5 minutes. Literally. I'm hoping I don't need to bring vacuums back for any maintenance but if I do, I'm hoping it is just as smooth and kind and professional as today's experience. Was worth the drive! Thank you
