I contacted Banks and several other contractors initially via e-mail about my remodeling project right before the July 4th holiday. Since then all of the other contractors have responded and are interested in my project. I have left several voicemails and even stopped by their office, which was locked and no one answered the door when I knocked. They must not be interested in my business, or have too much work to respond.
We chose Banks Remodeling after meeting with Josh and recommendations from friends. We had a full kitchen remodel as well as tile flooring torn out and replaced with engineered hardwood. Banks Remodeling made my project as painless as it could possibly be to remodel a kitchen and bath. They worked quickly and professionally paying more attention to the details than I did. Josh Banks was responsive and offered creative solutions to the inevitable issues that crop up as did hid team leader when Josh was not personally on-site. We recently used Banks Remodeling to remodel our bathroom and loved their work. Our bathroom looks awesome. They were flexible with what we wanted, took a consultative approach, and were very helpful throughout the entire process. They also took extra time to explain options when asking us what we wanted. We had a shipping delay (vendor's fault, not Banks Consulting's fault at all) and they still beat their scheduled timeline they proposed.
