Josh and his crew completed a long awaited kitchen remodel for me. The process from start to finish was smooth with hardly any surprises. The attention to detail was great as well as communication. The project took around the time frame that was estimated and the crew were friendly and made sure to ask some of the details that weren't in the specs. The result was a beautiful and functional kitchen! Love everything about it. I highly recommend Banks and will continue to use them for future projects.
We had our old deck removed and replaced with composite. Banks was very reliable, great with communicating, and their attention to detail was appreciated. They were very easy to work with, did great work and I would highly recommend.

I contacted Banks and several other contractors initially via e-mail about my remodeling project right before the July 4th holiday. Since then all of the other contractors have responded and are interested in my project. I have left several voicemails and even stopped by their office, which was locked and no one answered the door when I knocked. They must not be interested in my business, or have too much work to respond.
