I had a issue after installing my banks ram air intake on my 2022 ram 3500 , i kept getting a p0111 code and thr truck wouldnt regen . I posted on forum and got intouch with a banks employee steve elliot , he listened to what i had to say shared pictures of where sensors needed to be and withing mins figured out i had my temp sensor to my egr in the wrong plug and also my intake sensor on rear deck plate was in the wrong spot , dumb mistake easily over looked they look very familiar. I placed an order for $1,700 + dollars worth of upgrades (in addition to the $2,000 dollars worth I spent previously) after 11 days and full payment for my purchase and no movement in the shipping process I cancelled my order. I was really disappointed and was looking forward to adding another round of Banks upgrades.
I put my 5th Gen Ram 3500 Cummins to the test hauling a 40-foot gooseneck for my hotshot business, and I’m glad I 'bulletproofed' it early with the Banks Monster-Ram intake system. Recently had a minor hiccup with an injector line while on the road, and the support from the Banks team was stellar—they had the part overnighted to me at the dealership, and I was back to moving freight in no time. Ordered the iDash and Pedal Monster through a third party, was assured it would be plug and play. Once I got it home and went to install, I realized a very important cable linking the two was missing. Confused, I messaged Banks to see if it was the shops fault or a packing issue. Turns out the shop ordered and sold me two individual kits, not the combination set up. Customer service sucks. I told them the problem and they promised to help. All we got was the promise. No action. No HELP. My truck sits in the shop waiting for the part for 3 weeks. sick of the runaround. Don’t use Banks!
