my vacation was a bust stuck at ober with my car not cranking stranded so far from home i was terrified, so i called banks motorsports told him my car and what was the issue he said probably a starter over the phone. johnny and devon came out with a starter with them and within a hour had me back on the road and his prices were not bad at all and he came to me. ill keep there card for anytime im in town
i cant say it enough this company is a absolute life saver!!!!! so had a couple other shops quote me on my silverado while broken down in gatlinburg, prices were crazy all told me i needed a new engine, yeah my truck was running bad but it was still running. so i found johnny on here he called right back came out in just a couple hours diagnose the truck told me i had a failed lifter , he gave me a quote on the spot and explained everything how it all worked together and what failed and how that was affecting my truck. he ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had an awful experience with Bank’s Motorsports when our car began making a grinding sound during our honeymoon in Gatlinburg on 10/20/24. They were the only ones who answered, so credit for that, but we regret it now. My husband described the issue, and they suspected the wheel bearing—a “quick fix.” They scheduled us for 8:30 AM Tuesday, but 8:30 came and went with no sign of them. Do Not Use! This guy installed a tie rod end, but didn't completely secure it. It could have popped out during my drive home and I would have lost all control of steering. Per my Mechanic at home. As it was, because of his incomplete work, my steering got messed up and had to replace everything and more! This guy is dangerous, DO NOT USE!
Johnny was awesome! Quick to answer call and get us on his schedule! Showed up at exact time that he said he would! Asked for all of our information about vehicle so he could be prepared to fix when he arrived! Jump right in! Fixed our pulley and steering pump in the heat of the day! My husband and I are so thankful! Johnny is also very family oriented! He loves to talk about his wonderful family. Very pleasant person and quick to help!
