I had them go to my dads to replace the radiator they took some screws and nuts off then they told me I needed a new fan and that they wanted to do it correctly. I gave them the money they quoted to repair the radiator since I would not be up there due to me working they said they would be back the next day to fix it this was the week before thanksgiving.
