Mr. Dodge is the definition of institutional arrogance. He operates under the lazy assumption that because a family is indigent or a minority, they are uneducated, passive, and easily managed. Man this law group really dropped the ball on me. If I had not been on top of them constantly and still fighting with them I am not sure they would have done anything for me. I paid my retainer and signed papers only for them to “misplace the record” and do nothing on my case for months. Then when they did file paperwork and draw up items in every step of the way their have been massive clerical errors such as wrong dates of birth, misspelled names and as well as many other issues.
