Really nice store.
We had our furnace replaced by Banks heating. Not only were they were prompt honest and reasonably priced, but they communicated well throughout the process.
Worried that my old furnace was over 30 years old, I called Banks. Rodney answered my call and an hour later his trouble shooter arrived. After thorough testing he determined that my old Lennox Pulse was no longer able to put out the needed heat. Next morning the Banks crew arrived at 830 and a new furnace running by noon. What an amazing difference it is making, 10 degrees out and I'm very comfortably warm again, quieter too. You can't go wrong calling them!
My heater quit working and I called and somebody was here right away! This is the coldest day of the year in many years! I had my heat back up and working within an hour! Highly satisfied and would recommend!!
Fan went out on my Lennox system, called Banks Heating & Air Conditioning at 8:30 am and it was fixed by 9:45 am. Can’t beat that! Highly recommend them—definitely my first call in the future.
