I live in a new subdivision that is developed by Banks. We had high hopes for this neighborhood and have been very disappointed. Aesthetically, the neighborhoods integrity has been compromised by one builder who keeps building almost the same house over and over. In fact, he has built 3 in a row that have almost identical floor plans. We have 8 new homes in our subdivision and 5 of them have the exact same double front door. I used Banks Engineering regarding an existing cinderblock structure; the engineer, Gene answered my technical questions intelligently and was very helpful and professional. I appreciate the response and friendly service.

My experience with banks engineering has not been a good one. Unprofessional would be the word I'd use to describe them. Find someone else worth your money.
