Impossible to get ahold of, they take forever to get anything done, actually sent me someone else's documents that had confidential information on them. I would never recommend these guys to anyone!
Horrendous company, I know several people who work there, and apparently, there was a gun threat from an employee who has shown multiple signs of being mentally and emotionally unstable and actually carries a gun on him. This person is one of the owners friends so what do you think was done...nothing. This company shows favoritism to the point that they are willing to risk other people's lives! Absolutely disgusting!
I emailed and called them to get a site plan with a stamp for a new pool permit two out there weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from them.
