I was afraid we wouldn't find a reliable electrician to fix our basement wiring problem at a reasonable price- but Banks Electric was the answer! Easy scheduling, nice people, extremely reasonable estimate, and the final bill had no surprises. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule, and when they did come, they called ahead and were right on time. I will definitely call them again.
1. Individual was one hour late to appointment. 2. Poor communication - did not contact me according to schedule and did not return phone call.
