I like the service, people, and communication. The parking lot is great for walking while waiting.
Where do I start! I had my original appointment cancelled due to I was waiting for vehicle and was told that we had reached our 10 customer wait limit. I then asked why service writer on phone didn't ask if I was waiting or not, so I could have made appointment for a day when I could wait. This is 1st time ever hearing this from any dealer and to make matters worse when I did have my appointment there were 12 or more people waiting just like me? Most of troubles were electrical or operator error ,but it is really concerning ... read more
