Came to banks a couple of months ago to get my regular service-oil change, tire rotation. Nothing special. I know that its first come first serve sometimes you have to wait a bit, not a problem for me. Repeat customer. Refuse to honor their product. Had vehicles for 2 months with parts on back order. When expressed my concern about the known problem with said model of vehicle and wanting to move on to a different vehicle nothing was done to make the situation right. Was low balled on trade in and carried over a lot in to a new loan. Just goes to show once they have your money you don't matter
I bought a brand new truck my first oil change and lube and tire rotation first ones supposedly free. I called and they said it’s a drivethru to bring it here . I drove almost 2 hrs and brought it in and they said the free ones expired I had 8000 miles on it. The guy was rude and had no compassion to settle this I got in my truck and left . Then an advisor called me and he said a service manager would call me back that never happened . Wish I could give zero stars. Buyer beware. I bought a new truck from Banks in October and brought it in for transmission service in December. They told me to wait until issue gets worse. I called my sales person to get advise on who to talk to and she hung up on me! (I told this to multiple managers). I brought it back in January and drove it with foreman and he could feel the issue. They took it for a month and gave me a rental. They replaced the valve body because of the issue. After 29 days in the shop, I went to the dea... read more
