Terrible customer service. I first contacted Banks last year to close my pool for the season. When they came out this spring to open the pool, we noticed a leak in the pool. They sent out a technician and at first they were very helpful. The technician was leaning towards a leak in a drain due to some leaves blocking it and needing to have a valve reset, but after their last visit, they didn’t contact me and stopped showing up. Great company to work with, from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly , helpful, knowledgable & professional. Paul was our sales consultant & was very creative & stayed on for the whole process. Big thank you to the whole team :)
The pool servicers are so nice when I am home and present. They did a walk through of how to work the system and everything. I am frustrated that when we have something scheduled and we are not home we do not get an update on if anyone has been out or what was done or found. I feel like we should not have to call in and ask the next day if anyone actually showed up to the house and what was done or what problems/no problems they found. One quick text or vm with the info would be nice confirmation.
