1/31/24: Sad to report their outgoing message confirms they are permanently closed as of December, 2023. I was fully prepared to spend $800 on new ball joints, based on a local Toyota dealer's recommendation (for $300 more than Banks' quote). Banks Automotive inspected my car and confirmed I did not need new ball joints. My prayers are answered: An honest, fully-capable mechanic who does not play big-dealership games by building the ticket.
Pretty sure they're not operating at this location anymore.
