This is THE WORST FIRM to come to for bankruptcy, they lack basic knowledge, won’t answer any questions, and will make you look like a fool. They will never be there when you need them, and you’ll probably have to go somewhere else after wasting your hard earned money with them. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER please take heed to this.

Use any other bankruptcy attorney, please trust me. In short, Mr. Pleva lacks communication and you cannot trust the answers he provides to any questions. I have been trying to get them to give me answers on my case for months. I paid him $1,200 for a chapter 7, it got dismissed because Mr. Pleva was wrong. His office did not communicate any, they didn’t return my calls and I had to physically stop by his office. He encouraged me to convert to chapter 13, so I did.
