Got Clare's information from Metlife Legal plans. Consultation was very dry and transactional, not very personal. Once consultation was over she decided she was not going to take my case because she would not accept legal plan as payment. She had my legal plan info from the questionnaire her offices asks for before the consultation. Which is not big deal, but what drove me to write this review was her impolite/inappropriate/rude attitude when I question her regarding her not accepting legal plans as payment.
Excellent lawyer, I recommend her 💯, I have been reborn thanks to a thousand... if you feel like you can't handle your debts anymore, don't worry, she is the solution. I can't believe I never left a review, but it's long overdue. Clara Casas is an exceptional, kind attorney who made my bankruptcy case a comparative breeze during a stressful time in my life, right as the pandemic was in full swing. Now, years later, I'm in a much better place thanks to the exceptional help of her and her team. I don't intend on ever pursuing bankruptcy again in my life, but I highly recommend her services if you find yourself facing such a difficult decision.
