I'm giving it 3 stars because I liked Jay and he was very helpful and great at what he does. Bankruptcy was a very good choice for me. But I'm not doing 5 stars because Donna the front desk person was probably one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. She talks down on people. I definitely didn't like dealing with her. Jay has to be extra nice in my opinion to make up for Donnas attitude
Jay was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! He even did everything he could to help me get another vehicle and get a fresh start, started. I would recommend Jay and the bankruptcy clinic to anyone in need of this type of legal service. He was also more reasonably priced of others I talked too before I retained him. As I said if you're in need of this type of service give them a call, you won't be sorry!
Jay and Donna are the best! They go beyond the call of duty to help and explain things fully. They tell you everything that is going on and what to expect in the coming days. I was a nervous wreck and so overwhelmed but they made me and my husband feel so comfortable and at ease. They treated us like we were a part of their family! He was great! Got me in on the same day I called for a consultation! Very helpful since I'm day shift and Friday is my only day off during the week. I am very happy to move forward with the next steps in bankruptcy and have a clean slate. It feels like a major relief off my shoulders. Customer service was great too! I think I picked the right person to help me out with my situation. I'm still young but unfortunately we all make mistakes and this is a lesson learned. Thank you so much for the help
