Jay and Donna are the best! They go beyond the call of duty to help and explain things fully. They tell you everything that is going on and what to expect in the coming days. He was great! Got me in on the same day I called for a consultation! Very helpful since I'm day shift and Friday is my only day off during the week. I am very happy to move forward with the next steps in bankruptcy and have a clean slate. It feels like a major relief off my shoulders. Customer service was great too! I met with attorney Jay B Howd concerning filing a bankruptcy case. I didn’t find him to be very helpful at all He was rushing me and didn’t have time to answer my questions. I found him to be very unconcerned and arrogant. He didn’t act like he cared whether he had your business or not. Like it was just a matter of fact think and not really anything that required much discussion.
