I reached out to Mr. James Poe for a business matter. I found him to be very eager to help with my situation. He was there to guide me through the legal system and was readily available for me anytime I needed his expertise or guidance. I found him to be kind, knowledgeable, professional and respected by his colleagues. If you want a honest man of integrity, I highly recommend that you retain James as your business or personal attorney.
Would not recommend. Went with a friend to try to help and it was not a good experience. Other bankruptcy attorneys seemed more knowledgeable and far more helpful.
