I always have a nice experience no matter what location I go to, but unfortunately I will soon be with another bank. The only thing I don’t like is that the money doesn’t come directly out of your account…those Pending transactions are insane. I like for the money to be taken out immediately. Other than that, great bank.

I established an account with BankPlus because of the hours they stay open inside and even more with the drive through hours.I loved them. Now it’s just so frustrating, with the hours they have now. Replying to review response. No to you it maybe the same. But in some way it's not today when visited,the teller service isn't allowing deposits. And now waiting to speak with ATM TELLER.
