Not sure if this is true of all bank plus branches, but this banks customer service is awful! When I trust a bank with my money, I was to feel protected, and they did not do this. I had an issue with a paypal account being hacked online and they would not close my account to prevent further use until I paid the negative balance that resulted from these mysterious charges made by someone out in cyber space!
