I loved Bank Liberty!!! Loved as in past tense. Since their merger with Central Bank of the Midwest started, and information is coming out about changes to be made, I will take my money elsewhere!! The new policies that are going to go into place are not for those of us that are lower income, or the older generation that do not have internet. Bank Livery has royally screwed up and are going to lose a lot of customers!! See ya!
They seem to be very nosy. When they call they don’t give an explanation as to why they are calling until you get defensively As to why someone is asking the questions they are asking. Then talk down to you as they explain. Think I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I've been with them for years without s hiccup till the past couple of months. All started when I got my debit card info stolen and had to wait for an unreal amount of time to get the card after ordering a new one. Not a fault of the bank I'm told but the $30 for the over charges they had NO problem collecting cuz I could not due to my pay being tied to the cancelled card put money back into my account till I got the new card. Been a customer of BankLiberty for years...within the last month, nothing but problems. I have requested a new debit card 6 times at the Liberty branch...they sent me one, same exact card with the same expiration date of June. Now, guess what...called today it will take 15 business days for a new one. Sorry they say, really. Thanks for nothing.😡
I just walked into a branch near my Son's school. I had to drop $4 exact cash at the school. I asked Bank Liberty if they would break a $20 for me. She asked if I was a customer? No, I just moved here. "Sorry. Unless you're a client, we can't help you." All the tellers nodded in sympathy. I asked if they were kidding? No. Sorry. Guess who will NEVER be your client Bank Liberty??? I will repost this on my FB page as well.
