BankIowa sold this insurance and were unable to resolve issue. BREMER MUTUAL INSURANCE -Dean Werkman (adjuster) denied obvious hail damage to my house from June hail storm this year. All of my neighbors got new roofs, gutters etc. from the storm. Dean informed us there was no hail damage resulting from the storm contrary to what two independent roofing companies who came out and said there was obvious damage from the storm consistent with that of my neighbors roofs. Dean would not return any further calls reference my claim.... read more
