I lived at 52 E Green street and it was horrible. Bankier gave us the wrong apartment to start off with. The walls were paper thin and we could hear whatever was going on in the apartment above us. Finally and WORST of all, the Bankier workers came at least twice a week at 7 am, parked outside of our apartment and were loud for the entire morning, not letting us get any sleep. Even after we called and Bankier said they would correct this problem, they didn't. Save yourself trouble and don't rent with them!
