Very Pleased! We have been very pleased with the care our children have received from Dr. Firth and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and knows the patients by name. They have been very accommodating when unexpected appointments have been necessary. Our children are very comfortable going to their appointments and have never once complained about being in pain. Both of our children are in retainers at this time and their teeth have turned out beautiful. We have recommended Dr. Firth to several other families

Completely unprofessional! My mother took my niece here to finish up her braces because they just moved here from CA. They were quoted a price (in writing) of $160 per month and were told that it would likely take 6 months or less. Today my mother took my niece to her scheduled appointment. She had to take my niece out of school early. Upon her arrival, she learned that the appointment had been cancelled, but they never called her to cancel the appointment. Professional, courteous, caring, and efficient We were under the care of another orthodontist and – for several reasons – it just didn’t feel “right”. Our first visit to Dr Firth’s office made me wish we had gone there first. Completely professional, courteous, caring and efficient. Every single person, every single visit, every single phone call. Parent Dr. Firth has treated 2 of my children and Dr. Dee Bankheadhad treated one of our children, so as you can tell we have been long time patients of Bankhead and Firth Orthodontics in Oakville! The doctors are great and the staff is awesome!

Love it! My daughter Lauryn was 8 years old when we went for her first consultation at Bankhead and Firth. Upon their recommendation, we agreed to the 2 phase braces/retainers. Our family was so comfortable with Dr. Firth on the initial consultation that we did not hesitate. She was in her braces for a little over a year; the entire staff always made our appointment a pleasant one.
