My experience at Dr. Bankhead and Firth has always been exceptional. I first received orthodontic treatment there as a child, and now I’m back as an adult, along with my own children, which really speaks to the trust I have in their care. The team is consistently efficient, kind, and supportive. I see Tori for most of my visits, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her kindness and professionalism truly stand out. They are incredibly fortunate to have her on their team.
We have been coming to the Sunset Hills location of Bankhead & Firth. All the appointments from the beginning were always thorough and detailed. The dental technicians ,( alol of them ) but especially McKenna , are so kind and skilled and work perfectly with my son. And I love Leah the receptionist. She always helps find appointments to make sure they fit our schedule. We couldn't be any happier here. We know we made the right choice coming here for my son's braces.
I was thoroughly impressed with the consultation. For us, we didn’t need care at this time and I appreciated that they didn’t just put him in braces. I am grateful Our dentist referred us here!
Best orthodontist hands down! Always friendly and happy to explain everything along with the reasons for the steps that needs to be taken.
