Dr. Fredericks and Sheila are amazing! They have always taken great care of my babies now and in the past. We love how open both are, and they never mind answering any questions you may have. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Bankhead Animal Hospital is the best on the Westside Dr. Fredericks is the best. She is a straight shooter, which I appreciate from someone caring from my animals. She is knowledgeable on matters that other vets have never even heard of. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else
You get what you paid for. Very unprofessional this facility is. I have been taking my babies here for almost a year. I no longer have patience for the Doctors. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I am so not pleased. I love the inexpensive treatments but I have to put my babies health first, and yes, one of the Doctors toddler does run around, at times unsupervised, which is very scary.
Never going back again! I took my pup here and was greeted by a receptionist who had her 2 yr old child running around.I was lead into an exam room with urine all about the floor(not from my dog)The doctor came in and kept leaving us to deal with walkins,We had an appointment then the 2 yr old got ahold of hypodermic needles and stabbed herself in the foot,She screamed and cried and bled all over the floor.I was mortified I have now found a new vet clinic...incredibly unprofessional and SCARY this place was!!!!! plus we spen... read more
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
