Stupidest hours I’ve ever seen
Had a problem with forged checks and the bank enabled us to not have a loss. Assistant Manager Lisa B. was extremely helpful and we are so grateful to her! Also appreciate the general customer care given by this bank.

I had such a nice experience at this bank's Ipswich location today that I feel the need to leave a review. I'm not actually a customer here: the Assistant Branch Manager, Megan Marshall, helped me close out a CD that I inherited. Megan was able to handle the task quickly and efficiently, plus she was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. (Added bonus: the Ipswich lobby is gorgeous and I think features art from one of our favorite local artists, Rockport's Ken Knowles.)
