Do not let the false advertising with customers is that game five stars if you look they're all old these are horrible Bank 20 years ago it was a good bank Slowly by slowly taking care less about customers and they will nickel and dime you in any way possible. Do not be fooled take your money somewhere else!!!!
Great banking company to do business with
I just completed a loan through Bank Financial's commercial loan division. Working with Henry Tomecki was a pleasure from start to finish. He was timely, helped our partnership through every step of the deal, and worked hard to get a difficult deal approval through the Bank's loan committee. All my commercial deals are going through Bank Financial and Henry.
My mom passed away Dec 5, 2019. I went to BankFinancial in Chicago ridge on dec 12th. I had her will, death cert, and my info in hand as I am a joint holder of the checking and saving account with my mom. On December 16th I received email that the accounts were 32,000.00 in the hole. THEY WERE NOT. BankFinancial locked me out of the accounts I was a joint holder on. They also locked me out of my mom mortgage account which was in her name alone.
