In the morning I recieved notification about possible fraud on my account which was true. When I got off of work I went to the North Libertyville branch and Jeff was able to freeze what needed to be frozen, order what needed to be ordered and checked previous transactions to make sure nothing else was funky. Come to find out he is the Branch manager. Customer Service= went above and beyond to assure me that my account would be ok, had general concersations, and the nicest guy possible. Don't use the ATM! ATM ate my card and I couldn't get anyone to help. Very frustrating!
I don't know why I can't find a phone number to this building anywhere on the Internet. Everything is automated and it's impossible to talk to a real person. The ATM outside this building is junk and ate my money and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone! Contact me and I might change my rating. Jerks
