I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone with a brain. The staff are incompetent, the receptionists are RUDE. Nobody upstairs picks up the phone. Some people have been left on the phone for 2 hours trying to get an appt. Ive had a GP tell me to get out of their room bcs they didn't care abt what I was saying. I went to the reception the next day to get clarity on my meds.
