Excellent practice - appointments are made in good time and I always feel listened to and taken seriously. Receptionists and doctors are very friendly.
Very kind, understanding staff, helped me out in an emergency, called me back within a minute to set an appointment for 20 minutes later, gave me above and beyond service, and I was even checked in by another Dr during my appointment. Including treatment (and prescriptions) before letting me go. This was my first appointment there too, so I had no medical history visable to them due to moving from england and they worked through that with me at the same time A++++
Refused to see me as I’m “out of area “ in heads of Ayr 3 miles away suggested I try a go to maybole 11 miles away! Apparently there is an obligation to see temporary residents but gp’s are pleasing themselves- free at point of delivery if you are allowed to point of delivery
