Hi this Bank is ok now they Change the name I hope they stay a good customer service and not change with fees.
This is the worst bank ever. My account was fraudulent hacked someone used my information through Apple pay which I don't have any apple accounts. I put in a fraudulent claim which got denied then I went back to the bank and spoke with back office and was told if claim is denied nothing I can do. So this bank is not about customers and if you get hacked or your account is fraudulently used your on ur own and out that money. In my case it's $900
Went into there holyoke location yesterday and very politely asked to exchange money for 1 dollar bills. I have an account there I was told no for any and these were needed for the business I help run. Teller was rude old lady with glasses. I've met the assistant manager he's very kind unfortunately that didn't translate to this employee. What if I wanted to make a withdrawal and wanted all one-dollar bills? You're a bank correct and it was under $1,000
