It’s not like at my age after multiple surgeries, exams, and procedures that I would be excited about another new procedure, but this particular doctors office rates high on my list. Everyone here is very attentive, happy to see the clients and knowledgeable about their jobs. Give them an A+
They are always quick to get you in for an appointment.
Doctor Bankert was great. He quickly put me at ease and took the time to explain everything.
Not to be dramatic, but best experience I've had with a doctor in all of my adult life. He listened, didn't talk down to me or make me feel dumb. He paused and let me ask questions. He was caring & considerate. He was the first doctor in the last 3 years to say "I'm sorry you're going through infertility, that is one of the worst things someone can go through."
