Dr. Bankert and his staff to include receptionist were very responsive to getting me scheduled and addressed my concern. All are extremely professional, polite and I plan to continue see this office if in the future is necessary.
It was my first visit with Dr. Bankert, and he was amazing! Very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable even in a critical situation. He explained everything clearly and truly cared. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Dr. Bankert since he began his practice. And his nurse (Sharon) is still working right along beside him. They are wonderful people. I will continue to go to his office as long as he has his doors open and continue to recommend him as I always have.
Absolutely a gem!! Dr. Bankert's bedside manner is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I had a total hysterectomy less than a week ago but I've experienced absolutely no postop pain. Highly recommended physician who truly cares about his patients.
