Had to switch banks and when i went to cancel the account they refused. Now I'm sitting here with a negative balance and fees piling on top because they simply refuse to shut down my back account when i asked. Its honestly so bizarre. Ive been trying for months! They are effectively stealing my money
Only negative is Steve being a Packers fan :) otherwise it's great. Service is exceptional! Sandy and her team are the best.
