Just called to ask for a reversal on my first ever OD charge. The female from the bank was very short and rude to me. It has made me so irritated I'm ready to march in and close my account. Pathetic customer service!!!
I have called several times and was and was told "I'd be contacted right away" from 3 different tellers. I was ignored. I have sent several emails throught the so called customer service and have been ignored. One rep even read my email. Said he'd give it to his boss and "she'd call me back". Of course I was lied to. All this makes me feel angry and unvalued as a customer. I just spoke with "Carmen" about closing my account. SHE NEVER ASKED WHY. Then when I said thanks for retaining me, she laughed.
