It's everything a bank should be, with plenty of parking, wheelchair access and drive thru facilities.
Outstanding customer service, especially when the customer is under unbelievable stress. Mary Kay Hamell was so helpful when my husband died within hours of an accident, and a few days later I had to work through financial issues quickly. That was five years ago and today she is still giving me the same caring service as she did in those incredibly stressful and painful first hours of our new relationship. I love Bankers Trust!
I wanted to share my experience regarding the follow-up service. While I appreciate the professionalism of Angeline Robinson, I am disappointed that despite being assured of a response within two weeks, we did get a response that it would take a little more time then nothing. I have yet to receive any updates after two months. Clear communication is essential, and I hope to see improvements in follow-up processes moving forward. It’s obvious that the request is of importance but only to my family
