Excellent service
An office full of jerks. Their attorney who also signed closing docs was the worst. Jerked around a middle aged couple paying cash for property because we refused to buy their title insurance. After an onslaught of abuse their last resort is to inflate the cost of “other services” until they recoup their title insurance cut plus some. Thank god the feds are finally cracking down on these crooked outfits. Hopefully the bill to eliminate title insurance that is currently in process will curb these evil people.
