Our refinance was mishandled from day one. For two months the account rep lied and told us our application had been submitted when it had not. He would wait to the last minute to request paperwork. Gave us closing dates on the loan when the application had not even been submitted. On bad advice fell behind on the mortgage and had to make three mortgage payments in one month. I have done business with Elizabeth Watkins many times through the years. She will contact me when the rates are low and it's time for me to refinance and has helped me with two home purchases. My oldest son just closed on his first house with her this spring. She cares about my family and the entire staff is very helpful and caring as well.
Bankers Mortgage was great to work with. They were friendly, experienced and efficient. I had a great customer service experience and would highly recommend them.
I have done multiple home loans with Bankers Mortgages over the years. Their staff offered amazing customer service and the whole experience was very professional. BMC employs their own in-house underwriters so getting answers to any questions was quick and easy. A++++!! I would totally recommend this company to anyone I know needing to purchase or refinance a home.
NEVER give these people your email address. They will forever flood you with crap emails with no unsubscribe option included. You are then in their black hole with no way out except to call them and hope they remove you that way. Their website's email message form won't work. All this hardly gives you confidence in them.
