CPA, Attorney in Fact My contacts with the company on behalf of my aged sister were disappointing. The customer service representative provided many documents but nothing in the way of satisfaction for recognition of an agent's behavior. She made three serious errors or misrepresentations in the letters I received from her. The claim was small but the company was unresponsive. It apparently isn't worried about its reputation. I have reported it to the BBB.
no service satisfaction this is the worst company i haveever dealt with.....mother passedaway and unable to getany service,,,,,,,,,,just therunaround......do not use this company they do not honor their claims upon death
