My father in-law took out a life policy some time ago and has since recently passed. According to Bankers Life,(via mail, and phone), the claim has been approved, processed and check in the mail for a whopping $2500 as of 12/8/2024. It's now February 19th 2025 and we have yet to receive the claim. That's 73 days later and 20 phone calls to the main admin office and Saginaw branch.
