I had a policy sold to me by David Richie. I notified him about mid December that I wanted my policy canceled. He did absolutely nothing until January came and another premium was deducted from my account. He knew there was paperwork that needed my signature to cancel the policy and I didn’t receive that paperwork until mid January.
